Google Currents on GB v ICS Ports

My ac feed is about 5 articles behind and my ny times is the same feed as yesterday. Ive updated/synced 5 times through the day.
Terrible.

I could see a few hours behind. For those who read maybe twice a day or just in the morning. But ny times not having a new article in 30 hours plus?

agreed - background refresh of 6 hours is terrible; But worse, my AC feed is also many articles behind after a manual sync...

And extra clicks to view entire article are terrible...

I you want to be up to date, stick with Pulse

This thing uses waaaaaay too much RAM to be just sitting in the background. I have all the syncing off and it's still just laughing at me, eating away.

Yes, it eats the heck out of my battery. I had to remove it. It's also a little buggy. Otherwise I really like it. Improves on some of the problems with Pulse (although Pulse does other things better).
