Google homepage causing phone shutdown.

When I haven't used my phone in a while and go to the google homepage it shuts down and restarts my droid. Is anyone else having that problem???

I haven't seen or heard of that. If it is doing that, it sounds like a hard reset is in order.

Could it be an error with the maps program since it calls on GPS when you open the google home page it trys to locate you?

That would be my guess. Do you have locations enabled?
