Google maps navigation issues

I cannot get Google maps to talk to me anymore. It does not give me turn by turn directions. I've checked everything, sounds, settings in navigation. What have I missed. Need help fixing it. TIA.

Go to Google maps "app info" click on "storage" then "clear data," go back to "app info" and disable app. It'll say it's going to uninstall updates and revert it to factory version. Click"OK" and proceed. Once that's done, re-enable app, update and resetup app. Tedious but should work. Let me know what happens!

Have had the same issue for some time and tried your suggestion. Maps now works perfectly, no more getting lost. Thanks for the advice.

Hi, in my case, sadly it doesnt work
I still loss voice command on my google maps after follow your tips..

Sometimes the pin point also get loss everywhere..

But the gps works well in other apps

Please help
