Google or Sprint nav?

On the calendar page I can tap on an address and it goes right in to sprint navigation. Super clean and fast. So sprint navigation is the one I use

Although, to be fair, if you set up Google Nav as your default, you can do the same with Google.

I usually use google maps, but on two occassions sprint nav had addresses that google maps didn't.

This weekend I was able to try out both apps. On the way there I used Google. I liked the map, I also didn't like the voice but with the screen size of the EVO you can quickly see what is going on. The big problem Google wasn't even close to the right place. It brought me to a residential area with 100 addresses and I was going to a large resort in the commercial area with a 200 address.

On the way home I used Sprint, I didn't like how it called out the street names. In some cases when you have a local name that is also known as a US route no. I prefer the no. and not the local name. (Just how I roll I guess) That makes it a little more confusing for me. I also just didn't like the look of the map on Sprint. But it did know the location and did a better job getting me home. IMHO nether one is the bomb and I would like to combine the two onto one nice GPS app.

Looks like voting puts Google on top. I've been wondering about that...I noticed that using google nav shows Street View when you reached the destination.

google nav neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever hooks up with the GPS signal for me, but sprint nav always does, first time everytime. i gave up on google after trying it on several different occasions.

I used use Sprint nav but since I got the evo I love Google maps better but mayb is bcause I have lots of friends on latitude so who knew, I see a lot of ppl preferring Sprint nav so I better take a look at it again
