Google Nexus 6 Midnight Blue or Cloud White?

Midnight Blue or Cloud White?

After seeing how greasy the blue one seems to look in pics I'm now leaning towards the white. However, I'm putting a case on it anyway so I may just to with whichever 64gb version I can get since the front of both is black anyway.

HTC One M8
iPad Air

I currently have the white Nexus 4 - I still like it for it's form factor. I believe the colours have no significance on its own and needs to be looked in context to the material and design of the product.
When Nexus 5 came out I was looking to go and get the black one considering the material on white vs the material used for black. This soon changed when they released the red version and that became my favourite model. However, I didn't go for the Nexus 5 as it was almost time for Nexus 6.
Now we are here again with the same set of options, from what I have been following - I immediately liked both the models (White and Midnight Blue). But one of the initial impressions video threw opened my eyes on a peculiar issue. Thereby moving my favour towards the White, however, the disadvantages of color smudges from jeans etc as captured by other here is a huge concern for me. Coming back, the issue I just mentioned is about the huge nexus logo on the back. Given the size of the device, the logo is such a giant on the back and therefore I prefer it to be subdued. This wasn't the issue with the Nexus 5 given it's size.
On the white model the silver (or shiny) logo looks already subdued but with the black (midnight blue) the silvery/shiny logo is so dominant is what I noticed on one of the amateur videos from the review in low light. This for me is disturbing. The next concern is if the darker version looks really blackish no problem but if it is more of a blue like others have already mentioned to the likes of the S3 then it is a concern for me.
In summary, I think both white and blue versions have their own plus and minus. So I might for the last time, decide on the white one - as the biggest concern adding on to the dominant shiny logo are the grease mark observed by some eagle eyes in this forum. Thanks for flagging it.
I might also look at dbrand and thanks once again for that user who has suggested this.

In one line my choice: White colour plus dbrand skin after using it for a while. In this case, I would go for a darker coloured dbrand skin (which I pre-ordered already after posting this). I selected the carbon Black with metal black accents. Now, I think I have a choice of both white nexus and black coloured Nexus (with skin).

I still don't know what color to choose. Any word if they use the same exact material? I hear the nexus 5 white and black feel different.

I ordered the blue model. I really like the look of it, blue is my favorite color.

Ordered the Blue. Although, I'm concerned that the blue-tinted aluminum will scratch and show silver aluminum scratches.

Not sure I will even get a nexus 6 (still debating on the size) but I strongly prefer the cloud white to the midnight blue. I honestly don't understand why OEMs try these non traditional colors. Black would have been so much better. I also really wish a nexus phone would for once be properly all white (the white moto x looks pretty nice)

Sad that T-Mobile isn't offering the white version. Hopefully this will change. Currently they have the midnight blue square color swatch on the nexus 6 page which makes me think that eventually they will have both options. I dislike the midnight blue enough that I would be willing to wait or pay full price upfront for the white.

Ordered a 64 GB white. But if I don't like the size or it comes damaged like another AC member's came I'm going to return and get a moto x.
