dang - I should have bought the one I had access to, I lost out on doubling my money, apparently...

Someone would have been dumb enough to shell out at least a couple hundred bucks too much for it..... I'll just wait it out.... See what T-Mobile does in two weeks..... doesn't look like Google play orders are going to ship in the next few days anyway.... If they do ship in the next week that will make me really unhappy...

Got the add to cart button three damned times. Got the proceed to checkout two damned times. Actually placed an order not a single damned time.

I'm close to giving up for today, but I may still check occasionally. I'm not sure if it's too early to say, but this is a pretty bad pre-order launch, maybe one of the worst I've seen. Oh well, eventually I'll get the phone, and I know I will like it. I've never seen the order button for either capacity in both colors.

Which one are you trying to buy....Been trying for the blue 64GB version since noon and not a single time did I get it showing up for purchase.

Before it hit twitter/reddit/new sites my monitor app caught it. Saw the 32gb one for a few mins, but got greedy and waited for the 64gb. As soon as the 64gb showed in stock, kept getting the empty cart. After the 3rd attempt to add to cart, it went out of stock (must have been under 30s). Still kicking myself for not jumping on a 32gb.

Which one are you trying to buy....Been trying for the blue 64GB version since noon and not a single time did I get it showing up for purchase.

I originally wanted 64GB, but in truth I don't need the space and was just going that route because it's only $50 more. When I heard that people were having better luck with the 32GB I switched over and the blue model is the one I had my previous results with.

Yeah. I was so ready to jump ship form the note 4 to Nexus 6. But this pre-order is horrible.

Oh well. I'll keep looking at other phones to try out. Not keeping note 4. Major disappointed with it

I don't understand the people who are turned off on the phone because the pre-orders went bad. Even if you could get a pre-order in today you're waiting for the phone to actually be released and then it'll be shipped and available for you to use afterwards. It's not like there's really any less waiting going on versus ordering/buying it on release day (who knows, pre-orders might keep coming back up until then), the release date is the release date whether you ordered now or two weeks from now.

I know it's a guarantee of getting something versus the chance that it'll be out of stock on release day, but still. Even though apparently pre-orders going this way is the norm for Google, everybody loves the actual phone so by mid to late-November that's all that will matter. The same way people still love their Nexus 4/5 even though they had to put up with the same kind of thing beforehand.

Wow, I can see why it's getting so many bids! It must be the only "black" unit they produced! Plus this 'special edition' evidently has a fingerprint sensor and push-to-talk...

The best part about these terrible launches is that there's no point wasting hours of your life trying to get in early preorders. If past launch is any indication, people who order a week later will get it before, and the ship date has nothing to do with order date.
