Google Photos SD Crad access problem after Nougat Update

Previously i had Anderiod Marshmallow 6.0.1 n had no any issues in google photos app, but after Nougat update i'hv updated google photos and since than i am facing a problem.

Previously in Google Photos app i was able to see the option "Access Memory Card" but now i can't see it n because of that i am having this serious issue,

Either Backup&Syn is on or off, whenever i delete any photo from "Google Photo App" its also being deleted from my "SD Card Storage" and same is happening in reciprocal way, mean if i delete is from "SD Card Storage", its also being deleted from "Google Photos App"...

Anyone can help me out in this..??

I think it is using your SD card. Do you have a file explorer so you can see where they are. The photos app would just be picking up where the photos are located wherever they may be I assume.
