Ordered my phone last Saturday night, and arrived today!![]()
Similar thing here but worse . I ordered on phone with Verizon a Black XL 128GB and Silver XL 128GB and estimated delivery date is 1/20. When I call Verizon *611 or their 1800# of days they show I am waiting for 1 order. I called Verizon back and they show 1 order until I make them look into the order them they say oh yea 2 phones.I hope I get mine close to the est. ship date, like you did. I ordered mine through a Verizon corporate store in central Ohio on 12/16 with an est. ship date of 1/20. So far, no updates have been made on the verizon site, so I'm holding out hope I'll get the device around then, even if I do get the dreaded "You've got great taste!" verizon delay email... Thanks for sharing your story and experience.
Pixel XL 128gb Very Silver ordered @ local Verizon store on 11/26. Original ship date was 1/6. Received an email on 1/5 that the new shipping date was 3/3. As of yesterday the order no longer shows in my Verizon account. Chatted with Verizon support this morning. Was told the shipment date was 3/3, but no explanation for why it no longer shows in my account. The Verizon rep said he could see it still. Will continue to check nowinstock.com and if it shows up will order it directly from the big "G"...
I did get the same message. I know many other people that ordered the xl silver 128gb by black Friday, got it as well.Got an email today saying I have, yet, another new shipping date. The new date is 1/31. Order still doesn't show in my Verizon account. Comical at this point.

Anyone happen to notice the lag between receiving an order# and getting a Ship Date
I was resigned to the fact it would never come, well I was wrong. Ordered my Pixel xl 128 QB on 11/25. Heard Verizon tell me how it was not their fault they could not ship any, its Google's fault. Told them I did not do business with Google, my service is through Verizon. Why promote something you cant deliver. You do the Black Friday special. You allow Best Buy to do a special. You then do a Christmas special even though there would be no way you could deliver on the phones. This was all about getting people money during the holidays when people spend, regardless if they could not deliver. Well, saw that today my credit card was charged and immediately contacted Verizon. No tracking number initially but was told it would ship in 2 days. Got confirmation tonight that I will get it on Friday. Good luck to all of you who have to suffer through this pain with Verizon.
Woot! Got a VZW text last night saying my order was received (yesterday) and that I'd get a text message with tracking info when it shipped. Haven't heard from them again, but the Verizon website now says my order has shipped and has a tracking number! I'll believe it when UPS can actually find the shipment with that tracking number, but I'm hoping that means it just hasn't been picked up from the warehouse yet... QB 128 XL ordered on 11/27.
