Google Play Store - No connection error. I'm completely desperate.
Hello. I own a rooted HTC Desire 500 (single SIM). I'm not quite sure when this issue first started occurring, but I am unable to connect to the Google Play Store (no connection error). I've tried EVERYTHING (deleting cache, setting the correct date/time, reinstalling the app, editing hosts file), but I could not fix the issue. I'm afraid of doing a factory reset because I might lose root. It could possibly also cause things to get quite messy. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me out. Thank you in advance!
