Google Playstore on android says no connection

I open it up and i`m signed in to a account and it says no connection each time I open Google Playstore. What or how can I fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! What phone do you have? Did it come with Google Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to install it yourself? Does this occur on both wi-fi and mobile data?
