Google voice

I was gonna try out Google voice, but after trying to verify my phone number 50 times...I must give up. Anyone else ever have or is having this problem?

Are u going online or just with the app, I had that problem before go to google voice online like on a computer. Then set it up that way it ask for your phone number and gives u a key. Then google calls your phone and u type in the key then it should work.
