Google Wallet download on Jelly Bean.

Hello All,
Had the GNex since its debut last year. Awesome phone! Just got the download of Jelly Bean and obviously, Google Wallet doesn't work. For some reason, I accidently
uninstalled Wallet. I go on Play and Wallet cannot be installed. It was working perfectly as I downloaded it previously as a side install. I have an Unrooted Verizon Gnex with JellyBean.
How does one now download onto their GNex? I tried to do it the original way as a side install to no avail...help please!! Much appreciated in advance.

It should sideload just fine.. Make sure under Settings>Security Settings you have checked to allow installs from unknown sources.

When downloading that apk, is it as simple as downloading and installing or should I put it in my apps system folder?
