I was reading up on people who have the GSM model and a lot are facing the same issues. Should be fixed in update.

Haha yeah. I'm going to wait until it's released to add insurance. I think we have 14 days from purchase with Best Buy
 
MY gnex's sound has cut out completely...not sure if it is hardware or software... factory reset..battery pull..no help so far. waiting for 4.0.2

So no ring when a call comes in?

Something tells me it wont be available until launch day. Yes its bad and if it IS a bug it definitley can be a major reason for the delay. It coukd even be the ONLY reason for the delay....just a guess. Then again if i just got a bad device then i just got unlucky....eithervway im completely covered so im not concerned...it will be fixed either through my insurance or ota
 
lol just saw this...

the people who are selling these phones are going to be in a load of trouble. selling a SKU that isnt released yet, forging receipts and SKU swapping to sell product, over riding prices below cost. all these things show up reports, especially district level. somebody is going to get a pink slip for christmas.

you know the ones who would quicker believe that Verizon is holding this phone back because they are harvesting nerd tears to make demon robot machines with then the fact the phone might be being held back because the latest update.. that fixes these issues.. hasnt finished with testing/certification.

thats assuming its a BUG...if I got a bad device then its back to square one and bring on the rumors....if it is a BUG then this is probably the reason for delays
