I should have known it when you said the setup wizard was crashing. You should be good to go.

I was thinking in terms of still being on ICS, and didn't realize that this ROM more-or-less puts me on JB, so, in error I thought I needed the ICS gapps. WRONG!! Oh well, living and learning as I go!!

did all 4 wipes, flashing rom, gapps and patch now.

boot fail. black screen, no boot animation. gotta go eat, will keep trying later!!!!

Ok, interesting... I got JB to boot by removing the setup wizard from the gapps zip file. I have my apps in the system via TiBu; but the home button doesn't work. Still experimenting with everything, but the rom IS working, just not smoothly yet.

Any ideas?

now I'm getting 2 messages:

"unfortunately setup wizard has stopped" and

"unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped"

goes back and forth between the 2 messages.
