GS 9+ Internet Error

Hi,

I'm new here. I don't know what happen with my s9+. The problem is exclaimation icon often show nearby wifi signal as picture attached. Also, when I used Mobile data, sometime I can't use internet to browse any website as picture attached. Unless I restart my phone then everything become run normally such as wifi and mobile data. Does it cause from Phone or ISP? Could anyone help me please?

Settings>>General Management>>Date and time
Make sure 'Automatic date and time' is turned on.

Also you can go into settings and reset Network Settings.
