GS2 no longer connects to kies

Hello all,recently my Samsung galaxy S2 skyrocket(SGH-I727) has stopped connecting to Kies.i have the brand new version of Kies and i have done the troubleshoot connection error process at least 3 times.if it matters,my device is running on Cyanogenmod 10.1 android 4.2.2 and it is rooted.is there anything i can do to resolve this problem? :'(

Kies doesn't work if you're phone is running a custom rom.

Well that sucks.was hoping to get the official 4.1.2 release for the s2 skyrocket but i guess i will have to go back to stock.thanks for helping
