Does the back arrow go down when the keyboard is up?

Does the Trinity kernel come with the toolbox? Or is it a separate download like franco's?

You can download it from within the tool box, but no autoflash.

Very nice! You like? Presumably better than that V1 debacle lol

I'm too gun shy to try it right now though lol.

yeah so far it's cool. there really isnt that much different from any other jb rom out there yet. trinity seems fast. not goin crazy with the settings or anything so i can see how it runs.

the menu buttons are nice. aside from that, it's basically stock. dunno how much dt's scripts are doing but the whole thing feels slightly smoother than my experience with both vicious and jelly belly, but i didnt flash jelbel 1.7 today so i dunno how that was running.

anyway - thumbs up.

all i want in life tho is (1) aokp jellybean from source, (2) nexus 7 to get here, (3)my next phone to have almost no bezel. lets do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: [GUIDE][7/1] Jelly Bean Now! Resources & Discussion

Can anyone give any feedback between trinity & franco's kernels for JB?

Note if you could tell any difference between battery life, smoothness, speed, color correction...

I'm presently on the stock linaro kernel.
Thanks

I have not run Franco's latest, but the others felt laggy compared to stock. Battery was decent though.

Trinity, for my device, has no lag and decent battery.

I really do like the stock-linaro kernel, but I miss the color mod you get on the other kernels.

I would hate to give up some of that butter smoothness/battery life, just for a color fix.

Trinity has that. And fast charge.

Dude! You are frigging awesome!! All of your threads should be sticky'ed. So complete and easy to read. Android central should pay you for this stuff. Thanks you once again!

(Side note. Did a Touchstone Mod on a Galaxy SIII the other day. Easiest mod yet! Just thought you would appreciate that.)

So like I was saying. Great work! Thank You.

I want to thank you for this thread dmmarck, it has to be the most informative collective on JellyBean out there.

And your almost instant response to ?s, make this seem more like a IM chat than a message board.

Keep up the great work!

This thread has been invaluable on my quest for the best JB experience.

P.S. I see ohiomoto beat me to the punch on giving you the thanks you deserve, just glad others appreciate all this work you've done too.

Thank you! And of course I would. Waiting until my warranty is out before doing the same to my Nexus. :-)

Wow, just swapped to the JB13 Kernel and after I first booted I pulled up Google Now. Pulled the charger at 96% and within about 45 minutes I was down 11% without touching it. Pulled up my battery monitor and it said Google Search was 39%. Opened up recents and closed it. I hope that fixes that.

Yeah Google now and search eats battery. Big time.
