Open up the app. It's in the app drawer. Go to the "info" screen (swipe right?), then "tap" to update the binary.

Ah, okay. Probably gonna give that a flash tomorrow. Its working well, stable, and whatnot? Also, if I'm interested in upgrading to CWM 6, is there any good reason not to download/ flash it through ROM Manager? Also, is it better to stay with regular, or go with Touch? I may be wrong, but I thought I'd heard about problems with the Touch version (perhaps with JB, in particular?).

You can get cwm6 thru rom manager. I would recommend getting touch, it's sooooooo much better! Get the file from clockworkmod.com and fast boot Flash it if you don't want to pay $2 for it thru rom manager

So are the toggles scrollable? I am currently using Power Control in the notification window.
I was using SwitchPro.

so i have been sort of absent for a lot of this jelly bean talk just waiting for paraandroid. #regret. now that it's out and working amazing in my opinion. what the kernel that one would recommend based on the chatter on this forum? its the best when you get a real good kernel.

That's Roman's alpha directory if I'm not mistaken. Yeah, I'm downloading it.
