Has Anyone downloaded 2.3.20?

Has this update crashed anyone else's battery manager? I can open the manager, but when I go to usage statistics, it get a force close (processes com.android.settings) every time.

Anyone else?

Has anyone in the New York/New Jersey area gotten this update? Supposedly started rolling out the 28th and it's four days later and my phone still says no update is available. Been wanting that improved battery life

On another note, I got the battery life to last dramatically longer by using the Power Control Widget to shut off background data sync. I don't use push email I check it manually and I don't do live social networking updates and all that stuff so I only need to turn it on for two things - for the android market and to use my instant messenger client.

Quite a significant increase in battery life.

Hmm, kinda makes me wonder if they roll these updates out to smaller cities first to see if all goes well before they hit the big cities with much larger populaces. Just speculation of course but it would make some sense.

Funny thing about that, I had a long layover in Atlanta last Wednesday and checked several times for updates, but got nothing. I'm wondering if they target by phone number rather than location?

still no update

I have a droid 2 and im having an issues with facebook and contacts. Contacts that have facebook profiles there phone numbers don't show up. Also it takes a really long time for contacts to display information. OH im located in NYC, NY

It also does appear that my Battery manager (statistics) no longer will display. (Force Close)

Just tested on mine and it doesn't crash when I view the statistics, it all displays fine. Have you rebooted the phone and tried again?

Update: It works now.. Which is weird because i had rebooted the phone 2-3 times and it still didnt work.. Now it randomly works without a reboot. ?!?

Clarification

Ok, I just want to ask a question. I am running a rooted phone with 928droid's blackglass odexed theme. Which would be easier, accept the over the air update and just root again, or install the update.zip file I found somewhere, cant remember if it was here or another forum. If the update.zip version is the way to go, can I install the deodexed version if my phone is not deodexed currently? I am a relative noob to android and cannot afford to brick my phone. Any help would be much appreciated.

So I havent seen any battery life improvement since the update. I wonder just how much improvement they supposedly did, like what 2%? Lol.
