have any apps been developed for web browsing? Or basically all the content on my pc or android?

I have searched and found zero apps or programs to view all my pc or android content with VR headset. At least be able to browse in VR.

There might be something out there but the big issue is that content needs to be developed specifically for VR to deliver a good experience. It’s not as simple as merely broadcasting the screen image into the headset.

yes there are apps like:

Samsung Gear VR
this app allows you to browse the web and enjoy almost any web content in virtual reality.

the MozVR project for Firefox or Chromium desktop browser

Fulldive VR
This standard version of this free app allows you to simply browse the web in a VR environment

the free Oculus Web Browser app for Windows

and a lot more

Remember that these are ways to browse the internet, but they aren't going to be a 360 view like your VR games will be.
I personally haven't seen a web browsing app that didn't just simply put a square screen in front of you for browsing as if it were like a chalk board in front of you.

But seriously it would be super awesome for a 360-degree web browsing experience. Like Tron!

The closest experience to what you are looking for is the Windows Mixed Reality home. It can run multiple copies of Edge at a time (provided you have the PC under the hood to handle Ultra specs). As far as a 360 browser.... that would require a complete rethink of how we access data. Don't see that happening for at least a generation.
