Oh sure, the language they used was so loose they could get out of it even without those terms, which is why I didn't hold them to it. Although, it seems so many others did and that's what has been causing so many to feel deceived. Although one could argue that they failed to communicate with the customers on a timely manner, since most stated "will be delivered by September 14th" and so many reps insisted this was the case up untill it hit 12:00 AM on the 14th. They did do it a day after ETA but, at least they did do it on the day the product was release.
Yep and that is why I tell people two things (I repeat them often on here).
1) Don't trust what a rep tells you in store.. they want you to buy. Do your research. Don't take their word value to heart for everything.
2) Check terms. On everything. Ignore the big letters -- the fine print always tells the 100% truth.
