HC on Internal Memory: SetCPU causes huge performance drop

running any setting on Set CPU dropped my quadrant score from ~1650 to ~900, Anyone else having this issue? Should I just not bother with SetCPU?
( I have uninstalled it for now)

dalingrin (the guy that wrote the overclocked kernel) says to not use profiles with setcpu.. but that was with froyo/cm7.. i believe that youre not supposed to use the oc'd kernel with hc

I am running the Dalingrin's OC kernel with HC on emmc and I have had no problems, it is set to 1.1 Ghz by default.
