HDMI Port Issues

I am hoping someone in this forum can help me. I use my Xoom often as a media player hooked up to my tv via the Motorola branded hdmi cable.

As of two days ago this stopped working. The tv sees that the cable is connected but there's no display...says there is no source detected.

Has anyone else had this issue? Would this be covered under warranty?

i kinda had this problem and just taking the hdmi cable out and back in or making sure it has a good connecton in the xoom has fixed it for me. seems the hdmi cable of mine doesnt fit well. idk.
 
Try a different TV and try to isolate the problem to either the TV, Cable, or Xoom. Do you have any other devices cabable of pushing content via your cable. Try that to eliminate the cable.

Tried it on another tv and it works fine. Looks like an issue with my tv and not the xoom or the hdmi cable.
