Headphones don´t work in phone calls

Since the update of my cell phone to 9.0 I can not use the headphones in the calls, if they work with Spotyfi when I listen to music but as soon as a call comes in I can not hear it

Wired or Bluetooth? If Bluetooth, check the Bluetooth settings for the headphone and make sure Phone is enabled. Wired? Someone would have to look at the phone, they should just replace the active speaker, whether you're on a call or Spotify doesn't (or shouldn't) make any difference.
