Question hello

hey i need help with my Samsung Galaxy Ace, when i play a video i transferred from my pc it just shows a black screen

Was the video taken by the phone's camera, or was it downloaded from somewhere on the web? What video format is the video in?

Also, how are you transferring it to the PC? Via USB?

the video was downloaded, and my phone can connect to usb via pc, i just get the usb charging thing and i put it in the computer and then i put the charger in the phone and a USB notification pops up and it says that i can transfer my files from the computer onto the phone with a sd card, ex. apks, and then i disconnect the option and then i have the files from my computer onto the phone, and i tried putting a video and it worked but it just shows a black screen

Oops sorry, I had it in my mind that you were trying to transfer the video from the phone to the PC.

What video format is the file in, and where are you downloading it from?

What app are you using to play the video? I like VLC, since it's free and supports almost every format.

the video was in MP4 and the video was from youtube and i used Savefrom to download the video
