(help) Android sd card nfts problem

Hello,

What did I done?

I changed my sd card of my android to ntfs (ntfs is for you can put higher stuff then 4 GB on the sd card ,I needed that ,don't ask why ,I just needed a big file)

What's the problem?

when I done it, I found out I couldn't use my phone anymore on my pc (so I can see my stuff inside it) and I also found out I couldn't use the sd card on my phone aswell...

My phone
Samsung Galaxy S plus I9001
Custom rom Cyanogenmod 9
Rooted

What I ask

Is there any way to get my sd card back to Fat ,without getting my sd card out of my phone (I mean like ,it's inside the phone ,it's not a external ,I don't wanne break my phone)

I hope you can help me!

Welcome to Android Central! This is beyond my experience, but I found this thread which addresses your problem: [Q] Formatted internal sd to ntfs - Page 2 - xda-developers

The solution seemed to be to fastboot (if you can--read more here), select Erase SD card, then boot into Windows and format it.

Thanks ,also thanks for response ,I didn't tested it out yet ,I'm gonne test it out now.
Sorry for late response anyway.

it didn't worked ,it's says stopped working.
and run it without adminstation then just pop up and goes

Well ,I tested it out ,and I first a ddl problem (I fixed that)
but now ,it stop responding ,or it just don't start if I'm starting it with adminstator
