I installed Marshmallow firmware on my LG G3. Earlier I had Kit Kat. Before the installation I had made a complete backup in my laptop with LG PC Suite.
After the installation my phone got warm and used much more battery than usual so I decided to do factory reset, as I already had backup available. I managed to reset the phone but could not restore backup files.
LG PC Suite is able to find my backup file and starts restoring process, but does not progress from "restore preparation" (I don't know the English term, I am using the Finnish application). What should I do in order to succeed with the restore?
I also tried to restore from SD Card and LG Backup but nothing worked. LG Backup is not able to find backup files from SD Card.
