Hi, I have something of an emergency on my hands. My father has gone on his honeymoon and suddenly found that the fingerprint scanner on his (relatively new) Galaxy s6+ has capped out on him. To make matters worse, he's forgotten his back-up password too. Is there any way that I can unlock his phone for him from here? I'm not an Android user, so if this is a stupid question, I apologize.
If worst comes to worst, I can do a restore from Samsung's Smart Switch Software. But if there's a way that I can help him before he gets back, it'd be much, much better.
