HELP - Installing JEDIX Phone wont boot past note 2 screen

So I rooted/unlocked with Casual
Installed TWRP recover from goo manager
Followed directions here Galaxy Note 2 Jedi X rom install and review - YouTube

Phone wont reboot past note 2 screen - and it appears in the process my nandroid is MIA - tried switching storage in TWRP recovery - Nothing...

I waited 10 minutes like the video said - is it possible it could take longer?

Any advice to just get my phone back working?

Ok so major update I rebooted into recovery and went through the install process again and BAM it worked.

Small problem - my nandroid of stock verizon root is gone.... Can I download a stock rooted image - should I download and flash an unrooted stock image and go through the process again?

Any advice would be appreciated.
