Help! My phone wont charge

Flashed Bobzhome's iho cm 7.2 rom on my LG optumus v and it wont charge at all, I reflashed and it still wont charge, can someone help?

You probably need a new USB cable.they're known to go bad.
Is it still under warranty ? If so, you can have 1 sent to you.
if you have to just get a temporary car charger version.
Both wall & CPU ( or other) charging methods aren't working??
Has nothing to do with a ROM btw

I tried different USB cables and even on a different battery and it still doesn't charge it, but I have a charger that charges a battery without it having to be in the phone, but still I wonder if its the rom

Idk what it is then, ill try flashing another rom to see if it works
