Help needed for hard bricked HTC U11, please.

[Android Central Question]

hello all and sorry for my bad English.
I have a HTC U11 with CID HTCCN701 MID 2PZC40000 running lastest LeeDroid.
i followed this guide for change CID without sunshine : "Chang CID without SunShine" on xda
after that it completly dead. It shows fastboot on my PC but i cannot flash anything except hosd_signed.img but it wont boot in download mode
No Download mode, no recovery.
fastboot flash show
Not allowed on PRODUCTION device
Tried RUU.exe but it no recognized my phone.
disconnected my battery then reconnect it show an solid orange LED.
Fastboot getvar CID,MID,main version,imei,bootloader version get VARIABLE NOT FOUND

Im out of method now, please help me. Thanks a lots

Best place to try get this information back on stock firmware is XDA where you did this first .
