I was not getting text messages after the newest software updates the last few days. IT said I was low on storage. I checked and it wasn't low. I called verizon and they told me I had to do a reset. They told me that anything on my sd card would be ok and all my pictures!!!! Now I have nothing!!! Please anyone else know why this happened. Or if there is anything I can do to get my pictures back.

Did you placed a check in the Erased SD card box above?. If so, that is why your pics was deleted

Ps. I've read about members retrieving their pics after accidentally deleting them. I'll see if I can find the post on this.

Ok.. good. Do you have Astro app(file manager) installed on the device? If not, install this from the market. You should be able to locate these pics either in download, gallery, or some other folders.

Best of luck.

Try restarting you phone. My wifes phone did the same thing. A simple restart, and the phone recoginized the pics.

Pictures from camera are usually in a folder called DCIM.

The DInc defaults to save the pictures to the internal memory, which is still a separate partition from the system memory and shouldn't be wiped during the reset process, but maybe it was. Pull your battery out and let the phone sit for a minute and then power it back on. Go into Gallery and see if anything's there. If not, then they're gone. You may be able to recover some of them by running a photo recovery tool on the internal memory - lemme know if this is the case and you want help with that.

Oh, and that error is an easy one to fix - you didn't need to wipe your phone.
