Help: Strange OS tries to load on my Samsung s21Ultra

[Android Central Question]

Shortly after I bought it my S21 Ultra randomly tries to load a new OS on it. It won't load without my permission so I can stop it, but it just keeps trying once or twice a week. I have run spyware scans and have even reinstalled the system from scratch and it still comes back. I have pictures of the installer. I currently run through Spectrum Mobile

Why do you think it is a strange software? Maybe your phone is updating the OS with new security patches?
Can you share the screenshots?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that this new OS isn't Android? Did you buy the phone brand new from Samsung or a carrier, or did you buy it from an online retailer (or a private individual seller)? Are you certain the phone isn't used or refurbished?
