help w/BT connectivity using A2dp profile

Can anyone offer suggestions:
Bought the Plantronics m50 because it has a2dp profile, I want to use it for navigation and other non-phone call audio while driving.

PHotos show that the headset did pair successfully, the Audio profile is checked yes on one screen, but not connected on the other. I can't get the audio to play thru the headset. The phone profile works fine. I tried unchecking the phone profile, it did not matter. Thank you

With the phone on pull the battery and then try it. I recently started having the same problem with several devices that use a2dp.

Thanks. I tried a battery pull before your msg but didn't have the headset plugged in.well try again. I googled the issue and it seems common.

I had to do a lot of playing around to get it the headset to pair properly and use the A2dp profile. It works now. I hope that next time I reach for my headset it will automatically pair correctly.
