HELP ! :(

Okay i went into recovery mode on my phone and i tried to flash the update.zip file and it installed and everything and now my phone wont boot up it stays on the gray LG screen, and i cant access recovery menu ive tried everything i could do and nothing works help

Try the directions in THIS thread. It sounds like you ran the update.zip file from a custom recovery, which isn't a good idea. You probably have a brick, but you may be able to bring it back.

Do you already have a custom recovery installed? If so, just do a full wipe of everything and reflash a custom rom. I'm assuming you're at least rooted. Basically, if you can get to recovery, you're not screwed. Otherwise, try the link bblaze provided.

Looks like a trip to a Sprint store is in your near future. Make sure it is one with on-site techs (a corporate store). They may be able to help you. Chances are they are going to tell you it can't be fixed and will offer to sell you a refurb.
