High quality voice prompt

Recently, I was using Google maps to navigate somewhere. Shortly after starting out, a message appeared about downloading a high quality voice. I attempted to try it out, but with Sprint's "perfect network," I couldn't get a data connection. What is this high quality voice and how can it be downloaded?

It essentially is a more refined, higher quality voice to listen to. If you can't get it download on the Mobile Network do so from WiFi. If you don't care for the voice that is packed with Maps you would likely prefer the higher quality one.

How do I access the voice download if I want to try it out?
