Home Button Now Defaults to Google Assistant

Somehow, after the latest Verizon update to my Galaxy S7 Edge, my phone defaults to the Google Assistant from the home button, whether it's a single or double tap. I can't figure out how, if it is even possible, to set it back to Home for a single tap, and Camera for a double tap. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Try going into the camera app, then settings, then scroll down to "Quick Launch" and select it. (at least that is the setup w AT&T version)

Yeah, I have always had quick launch enabled and it always worked til now. I am using Nova Launcher, but the home button does this no matter which launcher I use
