Yes I have the ATT galaxy note 2. I rooted installed twrp and flashed cool room 3.3 that has multiWindow enabled. Received that advice from another member on these forums. And I believe the site I got the Rom on is www.scottsrom.com. I'm attaching a picture of the multi window option open. It's really nice and smooth.

You can flash cm. It is over on xda under original development for your phone model.

The look may be nice but all the features of the sgs3 will be gone. Like the n4 aosp is barebones

I'm using an unofficial build of cm gets updated almost daily and has little or no bugs that I've noticed been using as my daily driver for about a week battery life is decent too.
