How can I change the data billing cycle?

How can I change the billing cycle for data on my gs4 running lollipop 5.0.1? nothing I do allows me to alter the start date from the first of each month to the 11th. I've searched the net and cannot find info for lollipop, only Kit Kat.

Exactly what is it you are wanting to change? Are you wanting to enter the end date of your billing cycle on the data screen?
