Welcome to Android Central! I would think that changing your Facebook password would do the trick. Go to Facebook on any web browser and change your password there.
More importantly, change your Google password immediately. That will prevent anyone who found your phone to access anything in your Google account. You can also use Android Device Manager to try to locate the phone, as well as issue a remote wipe command: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3265955?hl=en

Change you facebook password and also in the security settings there is an option called "Where you're logged in" click on the Edit and see the last activity. End that activity which was from your phone because in some phones even if you change the password the phone resets your password only if you logout and login again. And as B. Diddy said, issue a remote wipe command as well to remove all your G products.

i'm looking for an answer too , got really tired of that messanger these days , i'll try to change the pass as some of you have suggested , if i was forced to use him again , i should simply change the pass and it would go away again ?
