Have tried force stop, clear data, clear cache.
This is a brand new lg-l38c from tracfone, android version 2.3.6, baseband version msm7625-0-aa, kernel version 2.6.38.6-perf+, build number grk39f, software version l38cv10b
It's connected via wifi, activated with tracfone, set up with google (gmail works fine)
I'm thinking I'll need to load something via usb to fix this, really need to get to the app store
