How Can I Fix My Picture Messaging Errors(HTC ONE M9)?

I recently switched to freedom mobile and got my first plan with data, at first I could receive messages, but the clerk suggested a factory reset to try to fix it, but now I can't send or receive them. Any ideas? I'm pretty sure my apn settings are correct. Thanks.
