How do I change the color of title bars on my Samsung Galaxy S4?

Change colour of title bars on Samsung Galaxy S4

Can I change the colours of the following::
SPlanner = Green the bit that shows the month
Messages = Orange the bit that shows Messages i.e top of screen
Email = Blue

I've looked in settings etc but can't see anything that will let me do this.

Sadly the answer seems to be no :-(
There are lots of Apps out there that are customizable and do all the same things, but the installed ones don't have any options for changing the headers - and the headers seem to be based more on carrier (Sprint/ATT/etc.) than the phone itself. That orange on the texts is driving me up a wall!
