How do I fix a blurry screen when touch works properly on a Google Pixel phone?

allthough some screen shots looks fine but while i am using the phone i cant see it clearly any text its kind of of blurred . you can see that in the last screen shot

Nope. Text looks fine.

If there's a problem but don't show up on screenshots, that usually means it's hardware and needs repair.

before some time there was pink colour spots like colour bleeding on down of screen and now its gone and now the screen is lil blur so should i keep it in rice or do some other technique to get it sorted and i also heard that there may be some part inside it which is shaken by falling and can be fixed ? or i need to change the display itself ?
i havent gone to service center as i thought if it can be solved without going there and when i am opening the sim tray i cannot see any red mark so plz let me know what is the best thinhg i can do ?

What's with rice? Did it get wet?

No. Sounds like hardware fault. The only fix for hardware issues is replacing the malfunctioning part.

yes . so i droped my google pixel phone in toilet and instantly took it out at that time phone display was working fine so i intstanly switched it off and put it in rice and when i took it off after 3 days .there was colour bleeding on bottom kind of pink colour lil part so i switched it off but as of today the screen pink colour is gone but now the screen is lil blurred so cant read text on it and when i open sim tray there is no red mark so i think water has not entered inside it fully. plz let me know what do you think ?

As I said before, it's hardware problem. The only way to fix that is a repair, like replace something inside the phone. Can't know what's broken unless the phone is opened up and checked.

There is no other resolution that anyone here can offer you, unfortunately. Your phone is extensively water damaged. You cannot fix it in any of the settings or with any updates.
