how do i fix error 4002? my photo editor is gone... samsung s5... new zealand... vodafone

Tells me to download the photo editor but error 4002 pops up and won't tell me what the heck it means. Frustrated to the max right now... Help!

Can some one please answer my question above. I have to go to an app from the home screen just to edit a photo! I prefer to do it from the gallery itself... help :'(

From this post on Android Forums, it would seem that the Samsung Apps Store needs to be updated first, before Photo Editor can be downloaded.

Hi, I've just got this photo editor problem solved by the Samsung Tech support. Try this -
go to Settings - Application Manager - swipe to see All applications - scroll down to select Gallery - Clear Cache - click back to Application Manager - tap the 3 dots on the top right - click Reset app preferences. Close and go to Gallery page and you should be able to use the photo editor again. Hope this helps
