how do i fix my sgh-i727 samsung galaxy att phone

my samsung galaxy sii at&t phone with model number SGH-I727 keeps flashing a android and just keeps flashing the words verifying internel mmc block ,,, checksum confirmation check (0) not need checksum confirmation already executed #manual mode# . what does this mean and how do i fix it and will i be able to use my phone ever again ? somebody please help me
