how do i fix my soft bricket moto g 2 running marshmellow 6.0.1 xt1068

I have a moto g 2 xt1068 running marshmallow 6.0.1 which is stuck in a bootloop. I do not know how to get it into bootloader and do not have usb debugging enabled, my usb is set to charge not transfer files and I have to do all this without admin rights as I have already soft bricked my phone once and they would kill me if they found out
