How do I go back to stock sense from cyanogenmod 12.1 without backup

[AC Question]

Everyone might think I'm stupid and so do I as I recently changed my rom from stock sense 5.0.1 to cyanogenmod 12.1 (5.1 Lollipop) and I changed my mind yesterday and then i remembered I didn't do a backup, so like any normal person would do I panicked and then immediately started going on the Internet for some answers which I thought were confusing so here I am, hopefully someone can guide me of how to go back to stock sense

You don't mention what phone you're using. You'll need to find a factory image for your particular phone. If none is available, your best bet would be to find another ROM that is closer to stock Sense for your phone.
