How do I know if my phone is using HD calling?

I know HD calling is enabled in my account, but I can't figure out how to tell if my phone is using it. There is no setting to turn it on or off. Also, the Network Cell Info app says VoLTE capable: No (see image)

I've been getting really poor service since I upgraded so I'm trying to figure out ways to improve my signal & also make sure my phone is working right.

Any ideas...?

Usually on carrier model version it well say under the name or phone number HD while you call on the screen

If your on Wi-Fi calling you probably won't see it like in the screen shot

You turned wifi calling toggle off or you choose preferred cell ?

Make couple calls to test

Probably be different because Verizon , but ok test some more tomorrow in better reception areas , i think you should see it .

PS - this all started because my signal strength is so much worse than before I upgraded... I can barely make a call without wifi calling on!

Verizon pretty good coverage , have you tried calling them?
