Android Central Question

I have a CRM app on my phone (dejaoffice) but have not found a way to copy the contacts to the android contact app. As a result the phone only shows numbers in phone and message apps. DO will not allow an export function and while the Android contact app does see DO it will not sync. From my PC CRM (ACT!) I was able to export to Excel as a csv file and then convert in Windows contacts to vcf. but now how do I move and import the vcf files to android Contacts?

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably easiest to import it into your Google Contacts: https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/1069522?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform=Desktop. Once they're imported into your Google Contacts in the cloud, they'll sync automatically to your phone.

If you'd rather import them to your local Phone account or Samsung account, open your Samsung Contacts app, tap the 3-line menu button on the left, then Manage Contacts>Import or Export Contacts.
